Eligibility for Returns
- We only accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 7 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must also include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products are generally not eligible for return unless there is a defect in the product itself (e.g., incorrect size, damaged during shipping).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
Return Process

- In your email, please specify the reason for your return and include your order number.
- Once we receive your email, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund within [3 business days] business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
